The short bio

I'm an engineering leader with 12+ years of production experience — from early-career roles writing high-throughput services, to leading distributed-systems teams, to building the engineering function at Paisol Technology alongside our founder Najeebullah.

At Paisol, my remit is what most agency CTOs avoid: standards. The code-review rubrics, the CI/CD baselines, the observability defaults, the on-call playbooks, the senior-only hiring bar. The boring infrastructure that makes the difference between an agency that ships 10 great projects and an agency that ships 500 — all at the same quality bar.

On any given engagement I'm typically the lead architect on the cloud + infrastructure layer, the second reviewer on critical PRs, and the person who signs off on production launches. What I work on

Roughly 50% of my time goes to engineering leadership across active engagements — code reviews, architecture decisions, production launches. The remaining 50% splits between cloud + distributed-systems architecture work directly on our larger client builds, and the slow, important work of keeping the team itself excellent: hiring, mentoring, evaluating new tools, and writing the internal playbooks every Paisol engineer follows.
