Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paisol Technology website (the "Site") operated by Paisol Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Important: If you engage Paisol Technology for a project, that engagement is governed by a separate master service agreement (MSA) and statement of work (SoW) — not by these Terms. These Terms cover only your use of the public website.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, our infrastructure, or our internal systems
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system
  • Use the Site to send spam, unsolicited communications, or for any commercial solicitation without our consent
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or restrict any other user's access

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, code, and our published case studies, blog posts, and tools — is owned by or licensed to Paisol Technology and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or applicable law (e.g., fair use).

You may link to our public content for non-commercial purposes provided the link doesn't imply endorsement by us, doesn't alter the content's context, and complies with applicable law.

3. Engagements and contracts

Booking a strategy call, requesting a quote, or submitting a contact form does not create a contract between us. Any engagement is created only when:

  • We've provided a written quote and scope
  • You've signed our master service agreement and statement of work
  • You've paid the initial deposit per the contract terms

Any verbal discussion, slide deck, or estimate provided before that point is non-binding on both sides.

4. Free tools and resources

We provide free interactive tools (the AI Agent ROI Calculator, the MVP Cost Calculator) and free downloadable resources. These tools provide estimates only — they're not contractual quotes, and actual project pricing is provided in writing only after a strategy call. We make no warranty as to accuracy and accept no liability for decisions made based on tool outputs alone.

5. Third-party links and integrations

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we don't control. Linking to a third party doesn't imply our endorsement, and we're not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third party. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional engineering advice. Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAISOL TECHNOLOGY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Our total cumulative liability in connection with your use of the Site will not exceed USD $100. (Note: this limitation does not apply to liabilities under a signed engagement contract — those liabilities are governed by the contract's separate terms.)

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paisol Technology and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including suspected violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan — unless a different forum is specified in a separate signed agreement between us.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
