The short bio

I'm a software and AI engineer with ~12 years of production experience. Before Paisol, I shipped commercial software at three companies you've probably never heard of — but I learned the same lesson at each: most agency engagements fail not because the technology is hard, but because nobody senior is actually in the room.

What I work on

Roughly 70% of my time goes to AI agents and LLM systems — production agents, RAG systems, fine-tuned models, multi-agent workflows. The other 30% splits between BI architecture (Snowflake + dbt + Cube), full-stack Next.js builds, and consulting engagements where the deliverable is judgment, not code.
